When Kami and Brody began their premarital journey in Minnesota, they knew they had already covered many of the
important conversations about marriage. But taking the Christian (non-denominational) course gave them the chance to revisit those topics—and go deeper.
“Though Brody and I have already had most of the conversations already, I thought it was nice to be able to sit down and talk through them again, and some of the conversations were on a deeper level, which was very nice,“ Kami shared. She also appreciated that the course gave them privacy: “By being able to just have conversations between the two of us and no one else around was also very beneficial and allowed us to be more vulnerable with each other.”
For Brody, the flexibility was key: “It was very convenient to be able to do this on our own time with our busy and always changing schedules. I would definitely recommend this to other couples, especially if they want a more in depth and convenient way of doing Premarital counseling.”
Both agree that the course helped them intentionally prepare for marriage and grow closer together in the process.
